Severe weather conditions have closed courts throughout the New York metropolitan area.

New York State Courts

New York state courts and court offices are closed Monday, October 29th in all five boroughs of New York City and the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Orange, Rockland, Dutchess, Westchester and Putnam.

First and Second Departments of the Appellate Courts are also closed.
In New York, arraignments and emergency applications, including Family matters, will be handled at Criminal Court locations.

Jurors should not report Monday and are asked to call 1-800-NY-JUROR (1-800-695-8767) on Monday evening for Tuesday instructions.

New Jersey State Courts

U.S. District Courts
